Job Title: Digital Marketing and Learning Specialist (Full-time)

Job Description

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and produce training materials in various formats including:
    • eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and/or Adobe Captivate
    • Microlearning (e.g., traditional/explainer videos or short eLearning)
    • Instructor-led training (live classroom or virtual webinars)
  • Promote creativity and innovation within the team by researching, recommending, and supporting digital and multimedia learning solutions
  • Maintain the Revolution, our eLearning platform, by adding content, updating existing content, pulling reports, and assisting learners with questions or concerns
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to targeted prospects, including creation of associated digital and multimedia learning solutions
  • Analyze online trends and statistics; recommending and making changes to the company's website
  • Assist with development and implementation of cohesive social media strategy
  • Assist team in local office with various administrative duties, including answering the phone, monitoring our support inbox, and retrieving the mail


  • College degree in arts, business, education, or a related field, or current graduate or undergraduate student seeking a degree in these fields
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a team with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional, accountable, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Creative, artistic, and organized, with an attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing skills with a strong sense of quality control

Required experience

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with Office 365, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Apps

Preferred skills

  • Ability to produce eLearning training materials, using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and/or Adobe Captivate
  • Ability to update and maintain learning management system (LMS)
  • Ability to update website content, using MODX or other website content management system (CMS)
  • Ability to use HubSpot to create and analyze marketing campaigns; Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Ability to edit audio, using programs such as Adobe Audition or Audacity
  • Ability to edit video using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Camtasia
  • Ability to create animated videos using programs such as Vyond
