Emily is thrilled to join the vibrant team at GAAP Dynamics as she focuses on creating effective eLearning modules and impactful marketing campaigns. Prior to joining GAAP Dynamics, Emily held several roles with a direct marketing firm in town. She started in project management and finished in the HR space. During that time, she loved building the first-ever Learning & Development program for the company where she helped create a variety of professional development opportunities for new hires, seasoned employees, and managers. In addition, she particularly enjoyed helping others maximize their potential as a certified Strengthsfinder coach (In case you’re wondering, her top five strengths are empathy, responsibility, harmony, belief and developer!).

At the end of the day, what drives Emily? It’s simple. Serving others. She’s passionate about building relationships and ensuring that our clients are well-served.

When Emily is not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog. She loves checking out all that Richmond has to offer including its fantastic shopping, restaurant, art and music scene. When it's nice outside, she loves to kickstart her day with a long walk or run followed by a giant cup of coffee (of course!).
