For Julia, Going The Extra Mile Is In Her Nature
After graduating college in May 2018, Julia began searching for a career that would value her background in marketing and communications, as well as allow her to flex her creative muscles. She found the perfect fit with GAAP Dynamics and relishes her role on the team as the newest Digital Marketing and Learning Specialist.
When she wasn’t cheering on the football team at JMU (2016 FCS National Champs—Gooo Dukes!), Julia was involved with various extra-curricular activities, jobs, and internships, including her position with JMU’s office of communications and marketing. Throughout her experience there, she fell in love with digital marketing and content creation in all its forms, especially graphic design. Her experiences at JMU set her up for a rewarding future in marketing and instructional design.
If she’s not hard at work creating exciting and engaging eLearning solutions or brainstorming ways to help the company put its best foot forward, you can find Julia hiking in Shenandoah National Park, running half marathons, or partaking in just about any other outdoor activity with her dog. She spends as much time as she can with her three sisters and eight cousins, especially on the beach. Julia also enjoys drawing, painting, and darkroom photography.
