Patrice comes to us from the world of broadcast news and digital media. After graduating from Concord University with a degree in Communications, she began her career at the NBC TV affiliate in Bluefield, West Virginia, where she was born and raised.

In 2018 she decided to take a major leap of faith and spent the next couple of years traveling the country and learning new skills. During that time, she lived in four different states, including Washington and California. After returning to the East Coast, Patrice decided to settle down and plant roots in Richmond. 

Patrice joined the DMLS team at GAAP Dynamics in June of 2021 and enjoys being creative and innovative every day while helping learners expand their knowledge and education. 

Patrice has a passion for mental health awareness, and started her website, Patriceofmind.com, to share resources for people who may be struggling along their own mental health journey.

When she’s not creating content or crafting, you can catch her binging the latest true crime podcast, in the kitchen inventing a new concoction, visiting a brewery, or exploring the River City.
