Rian Moses-Hedrick's creative journey began after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010 with a BFA in Kinetic Imaging, focusing on video, animation, and sound design, alongside a minor in Painting and Printmaking. Her diverse skillset has since expanded to encompass video production, motion graphics, graphic design, teaching, illustration, and instructional design.

A pivotal year abroad in 2017, traveling through seventeen countries with her family, reignited Rian's passion and solidified her commitment to pursuing her creative dreams. Upon returning to Richmond, VA, she co-founded HearRVA, a music platform dedicated to amplifying local talent and fostering a global appreciation for Richmond's music scene. Beyond music, Rian's art has become a vehicle for activism. She co-created Richmond Now!, a free coloring book series celebrating community groups that empower minority populations.

At GAAP Dynamics, Rian channels her artistic vision into eLearning development, prioritizing projects that offer tangible value and emphasize creativity and engagement. Her commitment to service is evident in her work, ensuring that each eLearning experience is both informative and inspiring.

Outside of her professional life, Rian is a visual artist, exploring various mediums from watercolor and pen to collage, digital illustration, printmaking, and mural painting. Her personal pursuits include experimenting with culinary creations, playing tackle football with River City Sting, exploring new cultures, embracing playful self-expression through costumes, and cherishing quality time with her family. She finds inspiration in the simple act of people-watching and observing the world around her.
