Here, you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs), designed to help you navigate our offerings and gain a clearer understanding of how GAAP Dynamics empowers financial professionals with expert accounting knowledge.

Website Purchase
After purchasing a course, check your email for access instructions. You should receive multiple emails with steps to create your GAAP Dynamics Learning Library account.
To access your courses after setting up your account, follow these quick steps:
- Look for the orange “My Account” button in the top menu bar and click it.
- Next, select the blue “Access My Account” button.
You’ll then be taken to the GAAP Dynamics Learning Library homepage. This is your hub for all your courses, including those you’ve purchased but haven’t started, courses you’re currently working on, and even those you’ve already completed. A helpful reminder: you have access to all your purchased course content for one year from the date of purchase, ensuring you can review the material whenever you need a refresher.
If you are unable to log in, please contact us at support@gaapdynamics.com. If you have already reached out, we appreciate your patience—we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your purchase! Your new subscription should appear on your learner dashboard within 24 hours. If you still do not see it after that time, please reach out to our support team.
GAAP Dynamics Learning Library
Per NASBA guidelines, all learners will have one year from the date of purchase to access and complete self-study courses. For those learners whose professional organization purchased the course on their behalf, they will have one year from the date of enrollment to access and complete self-study courses. Your CPE certificate will remain available in the “My Dashboard” section of your GAAP Dynamics Learning Library, even after course access has expired.
Generally, on the GAAP Dynamics Learning Library, learners can access their certificates in the following ways:
Through “My Dashboard”:
- Log in to your account and go to your Learner Homepage.
- Look for the section labeled “My Profile” and select “My Dashboard”.
- Within this section, you’ll select a tab called “Courses”.
- Select the black ribbons next to the completed course to view and download your certificate.
- If you are looking for a certificate from over a year ago, change your “Enrollment Status” near the top from Active enrollments to Archived enrollments.
Upon Course Completion (Pop-up):
After successfully completing a course or learning plan that awards a certificate, a pop-up might appear directly on the course page, allowing you to download your certificate immediately.
From the Course Page (After Completion):
Even if you don’t download it immediately, you can revisit the completed course page. There should be a “Download certificate” button in the content header.
Refresh your browser window. If you leave the course open for a while without any activity, you will need to refresh to repopulate the content to continue. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@gaapdynamics.com.
Supported Browsers, Devices, & Technology
Yes! All of our courses, including on-demand webinars, are accessible on both tablets and smartphones.
Yes, an internet connection is required to log in and access your online course. Since our courses include multimedia features, we recommend a stable broadband or network connection for the best experience.
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome® for the best experience. While our courses may work on other browsers, Chrome is the only browser we officially support and test. If you need to download Chrome, you can find the latest version here.
If you leave the course open for a while without any activity, you will need to refresh to repopulate the content.
Webinars
You can access your certificate in one of two ways:
- If you signed up through a registration page, you can download your certificate from the learner console once you have completed the course requirements.
- If you registered through the GAAP Dynamics Learning Library (with a username and password), your certificate will be available on your learner dashboard or in the learner console after completing the course requirements.
Make sure you are using Google Chrome to access the webinar. You may also need to disable pop-up blockers for the webinar to function properly.
Webinar resources are available in the “Related Content” section of your learner console. Click on the resource to download it. If you have trouble, try disabling your pop-up blocker.
If you are unable to submit polling questions:
- Refresh your browser.
- Close any additional browser windows you have open.
- Ensure you are using Google Chrome for the best functionality.
Ensure you have completed all required training materials, including knowledge checks. Your course status should update within 24 hours. If it still shows as “In Progress” after that, please contact support.
