New Online Accounting and Auditing Courses (2Q25)
Well, training season is officially upon us which means that we are busy developing and facilitating tailored accounting and auditing training for our clients. And this year we are very busy! But that doesn’t stop us from releasing new CPE-eligible online courses to our U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Audit eLearning libraries, or ensuring that these libraries are updated in accordance with NASBA requirements! During the quarter, we added several new online accounting and auditing courses to the GAAP Dynamics Learning Library. This post provides a brief overview of these new and updated CPE-eligible online courses.

During the 2nd quarter 2025, we released the following CPE-eligible, online Audit courses and webinars:
Consideration of Illegal Acts
This CPE-eligible, online course (0.5 CPE), covering the consideration of illegal acts by auditors, explores the responsibilities of an audit relating to laws and regulations in a financial statement audit, including what to do when noncompliance (i.e., an illegal act) is discovered.
This course was developed in accordance with both U.S. GAAS (AU-C Section 250) and PCAOB auditing standards (AS 2405) and includes the following topics:
- Consideration of compliance with laws and regulations
- Communication requirements and reporting
Concluding Audit Procedures and Post Audit Matters
What procedures must an auditor perform to conclude on an audit and issue their opinion? There are many considerations, including:
